Cream cheese

Amaretto liqueur
Directions
- Amaretto Cream Place the cookies in a food processor to pulverize.
- Add the coffee, cheese, sugar, eggs and liqueur.
- Process until creamy.
- Stop and scrape the sides of the bowl occasionally.
- Spoon into glasses and chill.
