Directions
- Wash strawberries, but do not hull.
- Pat them dry, then chill.
- Combine the pudding mix and remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl; beat at low speed with an electric mixer until blended.
- Beat at high speed until soft peaks form (about eight minutes).
- Serve with strawberries.
